Optiplex Micro 7020 D15U Board-Level Power Failure

Our company bought a batch of around 30 Optiplex Micro 7020 D15U MFF Win11 shipped on a pallet to our office. So far out of this batch, two of them have suffered complete and total power failure on the board-level.  We have pro support so we get all the service we need, however, it's concerning that two of them failed within a week of each other.

Are there known issues with these micro-boards?  I can't find anything anywhere else, but I truly hope an entire 30+ batch of them don't start dropping like flies.
