Optiplex 9020 MT replacement

My home Optiplex 9020 MT has served me well for light use for a long time, no gaming or heavy duty workload. Now it is having infrequent BSOD. Looking for a replacement, such as Optiplex 5060 MT with i5 8600. Questions about the 5060:

- Can it be upgraded to Windows 11?

- Does it have a build-in HDMI port?

- Can the plastic caddies from the 9020 fit it?

Other alternatives to consider? Thanks.

yes 5060 with intel 8th gen cpu can support Windows 11.  Not sure if the included Dell oem product key for win 10 shipped with it can automatically activate Win 11.

no it has no built in onboard HDMI.  The older 7040 does have HDMI included.  HDMI is trending out of fashion yet many users still like to use HDMI monitor.

you can install a simple video card that has HDMI.

5060 uses a different 3.5 HDD caddy than 9020.  the caddy is inexpensive to get if it does not come with it.

BSOD can be due to bad memory or corrupted OS.  try a clean install of Win 10.

@redxps630

Thanks for the input. Ordered a refurbished 5060 MT with a good price.
