Optiplex 790 HDD fan/ i/o cable failure

I have an optiplex 790 motherboard with whole new hardware, but i have problems with error HDD fan failure and i/o cable failure. I know how to fix it but i have molex fan And PC without front panel. Is there some way how to turn them off without pluging Dell fan or front panel?
