Optiplex 7020 Tower SD memory card module

is this the 2023 7020 or end of life old 2017 model?

I guess it is the EOL old 2017 model because the 2023 model manual:

for the 2017 Optiplex 7020

I think the module above is for 7020 MT.

not sure the SFF can have a SD media card reader

It is Optiplex 7020 of 2023 production. And it does have a place for SD memory card module.

the pic you posted is new 7020 tower, not SFF.  your OP said SFF.  which one is correct?

It is Dell OptiPlex Tower Plus 7020 BTX-Intel Core i7 14700 vPro – Ram 8GB DDR5- 512GB SSD NVME – Intel Integrated Graphics

mostly likely it is the same as 7010 Tower plus media card reader
