Optiplex 390 Network Adapter Issue

I just installed Windows 7 32 bit on my Optiplex 390, it can not find the driver for the network adapter. I downloaded it from Dell not help. I know the adapter is good as it works with Windows 10.

I need Windows 7 to run another piece of software.

whether they are 'names' or will work I know not.
You do not mention the type of adapter is installed, or what drivers you have so far tried.
Therefore I am a little in the dark.

@anne_droid  I was hoping someone would have the name of a driver that would work.

@anne_droid

The Realtek RTL81XX PCI-E Network Connection Driver worked!

I thought I downloaded that driver but when I looked it wasn't there.

Thanks for the help!
