Optiplex 380 mini tower upgrade
I was wondering to upgrade my optiplex 380 mini tower PC it currently have 4 GB ram installed also currently OS installed is windows 10 20H2 I want which CPU (core) and GPU and how much will be ok for best performance no matter how much this upgrade costs

if upgrade is a hobby can consider core 2 quad Q9650 or similar quad cpu and GTX 750 Ti. 380 has two DIMM for DDR3 can upgrade to 8 GB=2x4 GB DDR3-1333

It's not worth the cost to upgrade something this old. Start with a new(er) system.

380 MT can support full height graphic card that does not need 6 pin power connector such as GTX 750ti.

yes I think so 380 MT DVD is half height that uses same connector as 3.5 hdd
