Optiplex 3080 BSOD Win 10 ent ltsc

I work for a company that has a different models of Optiplex's ut just depend on the year the company bout them. I have noticed about 20 devices all 3080 optiplex's have gotten the BSOD after windows update. Mind you that the os was Windows 10  enterprise LTSC version 1809.I am not able to boot into safe mode. I am also not able to uninstall latest updates. Has anyone ran into this issue.
