Optiplex 3000, LGA 1700 socket, i5-13400 CPU?

I can get an Optiplex 3000  case & motherboard equipped with LGA 1700 socket. I know that it's unsupported, but will a gen 13 CPU (i5-13400) work on this board? Has anyone tried it? Will any circuits be damaged?

@ejn63 Thank you for reponding.  Two questions::  (1) Have you, or perhaps someone you know, actually tried what I want to do?  (2) To your knowledge, will trying this damage any circuits?

If you are careful not to bend cpu socket pin (if you minimize physical damage risk) there is no other risk of trying 13th gen cpu.  When motherboard detects a cpu it does not support, it simply would not POST, but no damage done.  We try this all the time like putting 8th gen cpu in 200/100 series motherboard and getting no video.  The cpu physically fits socket but is rejected by bios.
