No Audio using DisplayPort to TV
I have an OptiPlex 3070 Core i7 9th Gen connected to my TV's HDMI port using the PC's DisplayPort and a DisplayPort to HDMI cable, but there is no sound coming out of the TV when I play the radio on my PC, is there some special cable or adapter that I need.

Check your PC audio settings. Click on the speaker volume in the tray area (bottom right of your screen). Click on the right end of volume glider and verify that you have select the TV speaker as output device. The audio should play on the TV without any other adapter.
