New Pro Slim Plus 360W PSU swap into Optiplex/Precision SFF

Hey, all --

The new Pro Slim Plus has the option to get a 360W PSU that comes with two 4-pin connectors for the CPU, one 8-pin connector for the board, and one 8-pin header for discrete graphics. The existing Optiplex/Precision SFFs, which we have several of laying around here already, list the same power connectors in their owner's manuals (two 4-pin connectors for the CPU, one 8-pin connector for the board). Is the 360W PSU compatible with the Optiplex/Precision mobos to allow discrete graphic installations? These are perfectly functional systems that only need a little boost to keep them from being e-waste.
