Need to change service tag

Hello.  I need to change a service tag on an Optiplex Desktop, about a year ago a technician changed the motherboard and made a minor typo putting it in, and reversed two letters.

I will need a bootable solution, as I do not have Windows access on this machine.

I am comfortable with command line.
