Need a full height dual monitor card for dell optiplex 7020 with win 11 pro

I am in the process of buying a DELL OPTIPEX 7020 for a friend who is not a gamer and will use it for his tax prep and fishing charter businesses. The end user prefers using the tower and not the MFF or SFF models.  I prefer to buy everything via AMAZON since I've been burned using eBay.
