Manageability option in bios-settings not visible and ME FW update error.

I own 4 exactly the same computers. (Dell Optiplex 5070)

1 computer has been giving the message ME FW Update Failed, please try again! when booting.

At this point, Windows 11 will then boot successfully, without any further issues. I have the Bios latest version.(133.0)

I have the Cmos battery replaced and did a clean install Win 11 but the error doesn't go away.

Have compared the bios-settings of the computers and the computer with the message is missing the Manageability option in the bios-settings.

Does anyone have a solution for these problems?
