I need help with the dell optiplex 730 the monitor light turned orange also cpu light and intel chip

The problem is all the lights I see are tuned solid orange monitor cpu start button and the light near the intel chip inside is also solid orange. The intel chip is heating too.please help the monitor won't turn on display
