Generic ISO for Dell Optiplex
I am wondering if there is a version of the dell ISO that is universal for their computers or even specific to the optiplex series but universal around them. I have a fleet of about 800 optiplexes. I am getting ready to build a windows image as our general image for these devices when they need to be reimaged due to transition of employee or any other reason. I have found pretty consistently that the images that come direct from dell (usually via supportassist os recovery) tend to work better and more stably than default/blank images from windows. However, to have a different one per device or even per set of devices is too time intensive to be practical. Is anyone aware of the availability of such an image or who I might speak to about the possibility of acquiring one?

if your 800 optiplex are of different models, there is no single Dell image that can work seamlessly with all. It would be easier for you to push a Windows 11 generic image to all and let each device update on their own downloading Microsoft drivers. Based on your description, likely the origian Dell drivers are outdated for the device on these pc if planning to run Win 11. So it is better to use MS updated drivers which Win 11 auto downloads and installs.

Im using the family driver packages from here:
https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000180534/dell-family-driver-packs
doenload and decompress the packs you needed. Re-compress to [family_name_os_version.zip] with e.g. 7zip.
Use NTLite and POWIS to build your windows ISO. Powis will use snappy driver installer (offline mode) to install the [family_name_os_version.zip] at setup. Works perfect for me.
