Dell OptiPlex SFF 7020 Plus

Hi All,

I've a brand new Dell OptiPlex SFF 7020 Plus, getting it set up and can't get into the bios duting startup (dell safebios on startup). Using F2 and F12 without luck. Removed the cmos battery to reset the bios, which brought me into the bios setup to set clock, But on subsequent reboots F@2/F12 still not getting me there. Wanting into the bios to check the boot options, as I was hoping to use the program R-drive image for creating recovery images. R-drive needs to boot from the USB. Searched the web quite a bit on this issue without success.
