Dell Optiplex 3060 SFF Monitor Upgrade
I am using an Optiplex 3060 SFF with an MSI GeForce GT 1030 2GD4 LP OC Graphics Card VD6606 and a very old Dell E2216H monitor. I bought the graphics card based on a recommendation on this forum.
I would like to upgrade the monitor to a Dell Pro 22 Monitor - E2225HM if possible. It has a 100HZ refresh rate.
But an Internet search says the graphics card supports only up to 60Hz refresh rate.
Could somebody kindly advise me the best solution?
Many thanks!

If you want a 100 Hz monitor, the only real solutions are either a discrete GPU (which will be limited by the chassis size and power supply) or a new system. What you have will not output video over 60 Hz.

@ejn63
Many thanks for your time and help.
The reason that I started this thread is that I am using Windows 10 Pro and in Windows HD Color Settings I have no HDR support.
I understood that is because of the very old Dell E2216H monitor.
I already searched for a new 21-inch 60Hz monitor and found Dell 22 Monitor – E2223HN, SE2222H, E2220H, etc., but they are all unavailable from Dell or Refurbished and very expensive from Amazon Japan, etc.
Anyway, all the best.

Are you using the monitor for gaming?

It would help to understand why an increase in refresh rates are wanted. Reason being is it's hard to find a GPU with 100Hz or higher (120Hz seems like a standard among GPU's) that will fit the confines of a 3060 SFF.
