Dell optiplex 3010 SFF didnt startup
When i plugged in and try to start the cpu the power button started a orange light for 2-5 sec then it shut off. But the fan cpu is working.
No Events found!

Sometimes the light turned blue and it keep on blinking

Knowing the number and sequence of blinks/flashes is important.
