Dell Optiplex 3000 BIOS
Hi,
My computer is using the BIOS version 1.25.< of my Dell Optiplex 3000.
When I try to update to version 1.29, it reboots my computer be refuses to install the BIOS. I have to unplug my PC to restart it.
How can I upgrade safely ?

On the BIOS firmware page, scroll down and expand the installation instructions to review for proper update procedure and verify if any mistake from your initial update. You can opt for the method of updating BIOS from BIOS boot menu using a USB drive. It's independent from operating system and is considered a safer method.
