Dell monitor display issues when working with long, content-heavy pages

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with a Dell monitor where the display occasionally goes black or loses signal after waking from sleep, especially when I’m working with long, content-heavy pages in a browser. The system itself wakes normally, but the monitor sometimes shows “No Signal” until I reconnect the cable or power-cycle the display.

I’ve already tried updating the graphics driver, changing display cables and ports, and adjusting Windows power settings, but the issue still happens intermittently. I notice it more when scrolling through large, visually dense pages (like menu-style layouts with lots of sections) rather than simple documents.

I’m trying to determine whether this points to a monitor firmware issue, a GPU power management setting, or a compatibility problem between the display and the graphics driver.

If anyone has experienced similar behavior with Dell monitors, I’d appreciate any insight or troubleshooting steps.

Thanks. For Reference see Dutch Bros Prices
