Dell 7080 Micro 35w and 65w motherboard

user asked is it possible to use Dell 12V fan in micro that has 5V fan currently.

7080MFF has different mobo (35w, 65w)
designed to work with cooler that are not interchangeable 

35w board: 5V 35w blower type cooler

65w board: 12V 65w blower type cooler

ASSY,FAN,BLWR,D10,MFF,65W,HF.
ASSY,FAN,BLWR,D10,MFF,35W,HF.

The 65w cooler fan has higher CFM than 35w cooler. 

user cannot practically upgrade 35w cpu on a 35w version board to 65w cpu due to cooler incompatibility

The 65W 7080M board even says 65w on it

The 35W 7080M board does not say 35w, but has a suffix /EK
