Can't connect gpu to display

have no display when I plug in the hdmi on my gpu .Hi I have this problem I can disconnect my pgu from the slot after that I go to bios from my mother board after installing latest drivers for my bios it still wouldn't work o tried every other option and with disabling that setting from bios and that I tried turning on legacy but can't click on the legacy button anyone help? I'm rocking a intel i5 7500 and the integrated gpu 630 also you've read that I tried to put that gpu if anyone helps that would be very kind of you thank yall.
