Can Samsung 990 PRO with heatsink be installed on Dell OptiPlex 7090 SFF

Service manual makes it appear that clearance won't be an issue, so it should work fine.

after reading the following topic, I was confident in installing it. The heatsink is facing up, so there is no need to worry about the space between the SSD and the motherboard, which was my concern before I opened the box and installed it.
