About any PCIe BT card will work.  Or go with a BT USB dongle.

The way I would shop for a PCIe BT card is don't buy the cheapest.  Go about the middle of the road depending on your budget.

My BT 5.0 dongle is Ugreen, a very good brand.

@bradthetechnut Hi again. Thinking about this more, I likely have to go with the dongle. I am a novice at this and don't want to make things worse. My PC is a Dell tower. With the dongle, can i add multiple items, eg, headset, earbuds, hearing aid? Many thanks, Diane

Yes, you can add multiple items.  The only catch is only 1 item at a time can be used with BT.

Here is one such BT 5.4 dongle on Amazon, so it's even better than mine.  Looks like they go up to 6.0 now days.

A little story.  My headphones are BT 4.0.  I had to buy a 5.0 dongle and plug it in USB 3.0 slot to stop skips in music.  So if your accessories are less than 5.4, it's backwards compatible.

We used to have one on this forum that thought USB 2.0 had to be used with BT, which is false.  You will have better results with USB 3.0.
