Behavior of power LED when pc is turned off

I have a Dell Optiplex Micro 3060, when it is turned off, the diode lights up orange for half a second, then lights up white for about 1.5 seconds and goes out. And so every few minutes. The computer starts up without a problem.

I am wondering about this diode behavior and I can't find any information about it anywhere.

Does anyone know what this might be about?
