Alternative for 0D22C USB-C Daughterboard

Good morning, all.  I have several 5090 SFF PCs that I need to add USB-C (DP Alt mode-compatible).  Previously, I was able to order the cards from Dell.  Apparently they are now unavailable.  I was able to source cards that appear to be identical except for the USB-C cable that attaches to the motherboard header.  So two questions: 

1.) Is there a direct replacement for these that has the same length USB-C cable?

2.) Is there a source to just buy the USB-C cables.  I don't know what the connectors are called or even what to search for.  I have some pictures for reference.
