AIO OPTIPLEX 7420 NEW BLUE WINDOW WITH ERROR - STOP CODE: UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION
Last march I bought in Spain an AIO OPTIPLEX 7420 (I´m living in Argentina now) Suddenty the desktop run into this error ... DELL Support Center says its a problem of Sotftware .... so no warranty , while Official agent service of Arg. says its a problem of Hardware instead... Who's right ?? Can really a new unit of Dell technologies has this type of problem,,,???
They say it could be the chip... so no solution...Do I have to throw it away ...?

Try a clean Windows 11 install.

Hi
As the device has moved continent....
Power off the system fully. Reseat any removable drives and check all cable connections if accessible. Hardware issues (especially with the SSD/HDD) are a common root cause.

Check nothing is loose inside.
Also, make a USB with W11 on, ready for an install as suggested by @redxps630 and go thru the screens to INSTALL, and look for the REPAIR option, possibly Lower left side of the screen....
Boot Windows, open a Command Prompt as Administrator, and run:chkdsk /f /r
There are other possibilities....
Eventually you may need the clean install.
AND YES it could/can be either or both HardWare/SoftWare issues.
If in doubt please ask.
