After Factory reset windows pro 11 hangs up at 64% installed
I had to do a factory restore on my optiplex 7060 desktop which came with windows 11 pro when it started to install windows pro 11 operating system it hangs up at 64 % installed, I have started it using F12 and was able to check all the bios information and do a complete diagnostic test on the entire system everything passed OK, I restarted it this time using F2 and was able to get to the settings screen however, it is not the same screen as shown on the dell site, any help you provide would be and is greatly appreciated
Thanks

Factory restore will give you outdate version of Windows and will take a long time for all updates. Perform a Windows installation using USB created by Windows Media Creation Tool instead. You will get the latest version with minimal updates.
Restore BIOS settings to default value prior to Windows installation. Use solid state drive for boot drive and give your system a new coin cell battery as an essential maintenance.
