A7 Request MeSpilock Me Fw Downgrade Failed

I  have a Dell Opt-ti-Plex Micro Tower 3050

Bought it a year ago and I noticed it had some glitches in the monitor, but associated it with the website I was using. Wasn't all that noticeable.  We moved to a new home.  I personally moved my computer to protect it from movers. Connected the new computer and noticed the glitches got worse as I used it more. Finally the screen would freeze up and when I booted it, something about Failed Flashed in the left upper corner of the screen, but wasn't there long enough for me to see what it said.  The company I purchased the tower from sent me a USB with Windows 11 to reinstall as my computer would not stay up long enough to download it. 

Tried that, but it STILL froze up.  I finally through trial and error found that I had bought the connector wire.  Finally it worked and came up.  But asked for a PIN#.  In the move I guess I lost the PIN# So after many tries, I just gave up for a while and used my OLD computer with windows 10 which I like a lot more.  My warranty was about out, so I searched harder and got the PIN# and it started working.  YAAY!  Then I clicked on Chrome, and the screen went Black. When it came up again..I could FINALLY read the Failure message.  I turned the computer off, and it wouldn't turn off.  I unplugged it and replugged it and it came back on all by itself.   I just disconnected it.  I can not run both computers at the same time.  I have owned 4 Dell computers in the past 20 years and NEVER had a problem...using one to post this that is almost 8 years old and was refurbished when I bought it.  No idea what to do with this FAILURE message.  I am 71 years old and though I have done SOME problem solving..this one has me baffled as to how I can fix it.  Any ideas?
