3090 DisplayPort 1 not detecting a monitor

I have purchased a couple of Optiplex 3090 SFF PC's and neither can detect a monitor on DisplayPort 1 (top port), I've read this could be a BIOS Problem, I'm currently using 2.23.0

Has anyone else seen this problem and does anyone know a fix

Any help would be appreciated
