Using OMIVV against Cluster Images

Hi,

We have an issue using Cluster Images with OMIVV.
We've setup a Cluster Image with the latest ESXi, DellEMC Vendor Addon and Firmware and Drivers from the OMIVV integration. We can see the the Firmware he wants to install under Firmware Compliance. But we are unable to remediate the hosts. We running into a strange issue where i can hardly find any info for on the internet:

• 04/12/2022, 10:28:33 AM: Skipping remediation of host 'esxi.fqdn' due to potentially transient reasons. The operation will be automatically retried as per the cluster remediation delay and retry settings.
• 04/12/2022, 10:28:33 AM:Hardware update action: 'UPDATE_PRE_CHECK' for host 'esxi.fqdn' 'FAILED' on HSM 'Dell EMC OMIVV'.
• 04/12/2022, 10:28:33 AM: Started Hardware Update action: 'UPDATE_PRE_CHECK' for host 'esxi.fqdn'.
• 04/12/2022, 10:28:33 AM: Starting remediation of the host 'esxi.fqdn'

Remediation eventually fails after a few retries. No issues remediating the hosts without Firmware in Cluster Image. No issues remediating only the firmware from the OMIVV plugin.

vCenter and ESXi versions: 703d/703c
OMIVV version: 5.4.0.2571

Hope someone can point me into the right direction.
