Unable to update firmware - Error "The host is not compliant..."
When trying to run firmware updates on most of my hosts, I get the first error (E1). When running the "Fix Management Compliance" wizard I see the second error (E2). I've verified there are no less then five destination slots open. I even deleted everything, reran the wizard and got the same error.
E1> The host is not compliant
E1> The CSIOR status is non-compliant
E1> The Hypervisor status is non-compliant
E2> Setting SNMP trap failed for the iDRAC, x of the host, x as iDRAC does not have any free IPv4 SNMP trap destination slots available. Ensure that you clear one or more IPv4 entry from the iDRAC and then try fixing the host compliance.

Hi, for E1
CSIOR is "Collect System Inventory on Restart" and is configured in the F2 menu. You might try toggling that setting. It should either be in the BIOS menu or the iDRAC settings section of the F2 menu. If it changes the compliance state, you can confirm by checking the other host

E2 will be most likely to go once E1 is taken care of. Hope this helps.

Hello VMAdmins,
Non-compliance due to SNMP configuration should not block firmware update.
Can you please check what is the CISOR Status and Hypervisor status at Management Compliance.
Also make sure last inventory run for the server is successful.
