Dell Repository Manager and OMIVV 4.0 compatible?

When I try to build a repository in Repository Manager by connecting to the OMIVV appliance I get the following error after supplying the OMIVV appliance FQDN, vCenter FQDN and vCenter credentials:

Error connecting to the Dell Management Virtual Appliance.  Please check logs for details.
