Change VD ready to online in raid 5

I had a Dell R410 with 4 drive Raid 5; two drive was in missing state and those two were in foreign and I cleared it and the state changed to Ready but will not rebuild and now the server will not boot up.  Please how do I get the drive back online and get the server to boot up.
