how to disable Third-Party PCIe Card Default Cooling Response On PowerEdge T630?

Hi everyone, a few days ago I decided to install an Asus GPU to my poweredge T630, but as soon as i powered it on, the fans went crazy loud. So surfing on the web i found a solution using the ipmitool software here

https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/es-mx/000135682/how-to-disable-the-third-party-pcie-card-default-cooling-response-on-poweredge-13g-servers

but the registers shown there doesn't apply to my system. So it can't be disabled that way. On the other hand there's a solution using the GUI on IDRAC9, but can't find any compatible version of it. The only one i made it work, was the IDRAC8 and the options available can't solve this problem or disable the 3rd party pci cooling response.

Btw i'm running windows 10 pro.

Thank you for your time, any help is welcome
