Error while communicating to Warranty API service

Hi,

I'm receiving an error checking the warranty information of my servers, i'm using the version 3.1 and the script is running on RHEL 8.x :

python .../dellemc_device_check.py --host=1.2.3.4 --devicetype=iDRAC --componentname=warranty --protocol=..protocol_details..  --nagios.type=1 --logPath=/path/to/log --warranty.warningDays=15 --warranty.criticalDays=30

Could not fetch warranty details for \n

The jar used is dell_OMC_Nagios_Warranty_v_3_1.jar

The access is allowed only to *.dell.com .

What could be the issue here and how can it be solved?
