OMCI returning no instances?
I'm trying to run various scripts that have run on all my computers thus far, and I'm hitting a snag with one 9010.
For the WOL portion, my SetBIOSAttribute is coming back with "Invalid Parameter" (Script is fine and has worked on all other machines)
I went locally to that machine, tried running various wmic commands regarding the BIOS and other DCIM namespaces, and most are coming back with no instances or attributes. For example:
On any good machine:
wmic /namespace:\\root\dcim\sysman path DCIM_BIOSEnumeration get AttributeName
Returns:
AttributeName
Processor CMP
Embedded SATA Controller
etc.
On this 9010, the same command returns:
No Instance(s) Available
I've uninstalled and reinstalled both OMCI 8.2 and DCIA 1.4.1, to no avail.
Any ideas?

Is the "DSM SA Data Manager" service running on the system?

Further information on this 9010:
W7Pro x64, A14 BIOS, all latest DUP updates through DCSU, DCSU can read all HW information and in fact suggested updates, which I installed.
BIOS has no errors on startup, settings are the same compared to other 9010s.
Other WMI namespaces seem unfazed, CIMV2 is fine, etc.
Otherwise has no issues, is currently in production without complaint.

Thanks for the response. As a matter of fact, no, it fails on startup. Saw this error in the app log of this machine, but never connected DSM to OMCI - we have an in-house SW that goes by the name DSM that is always throwing errors, so I've become desensitized ;P
Any idea what this points to? Any other logs I can give you? (I didn't see anything of note in the Sysmgt/{any}/logs folder)
Anything else I should try to TS before answering back again ("uninstall, verify folders are wiped, reinstall" maybe)?

Outside of ensuring that the BIOS is the latest on the system, I would uninstall/re-install OMCI and see if the install is getting hungup. We'll have to go fishing for logs if that doesn't work.

Is the chassis flag for the system open? Please close it and also check if the instrusion flag of chassis has been reset. Please do this and let us know incase the issue still persists.
