windows server 2012 R2 password problem

Need to reset administrator password on the server with Windows Server 2012 R2. I have a physical disk Windows Server 2012 Foundation, will this disk help me the process of resetting the password? I don't have option to reinstall the evaluation copy and use the cd keys due to programs currently installed .

Please provide technote procedure in resetting password. Thank you.
