URGENT, Clinical Facility Needing to Find or Reset Admin Password to Dell PowerEdge t420

Hi,

My organization has an application-server running Poweredge T420... it's ancient and I cant locate the admin credentials

I just spoke to Dell Business support on the phone, but they directed us here and said their engineers were not able to provide any help.

We need a way to achieve administrative rights or access to this machine. It runs, it turns on, we have logged in with lower level credentials. We need Admin level logins access to this machine.

If there are previous posts or methods we can attempt in the forums we would greatly appreciate the help!
