Unable to see Drives on Dell PowerEdge T110 II with s100 RAID and Windows Server 2012 Essentials in Windows Recovery Environment or 3rd Party Recovery Environments

I have downloaded the drivers from Dell for the s100 RAID controller however eveytime I boot into any recovery environment rather it be Windows RE or ShadowProtect for example none of the drives connected to the RAID controller are displayed?
