Server Update Utility for R515 Non-Bootable

Our Powerserve R515 is repeatedly rebooting after installing updates over the weekend.  We are attempting to run the Server Update Utility that was downloaded from the Dell website however once it is downloaded to our Windows workstation we are unable to burn it to a USB disk, we are getting a "boot or compression method that is not supported" error.
