Kolfusion,
The issue you are having is essentially that the raid configuration data, which is on both controller and drives, is not matching between the two. With all the drives foreign, and the Virtual Disk isn't bootable then the data on the controller isn't correct. So by selecting Import the Foreign we are telling the controller to use the raid configuration data from the drives.
What you will need to do is to boot to the controller BIOS (CTRL-R on startup) from there select the controller that the Virtual Disk is on and hit F2. From that menu you will select Foreign Config, once selected then you will need to select Import Foreign Config. After that the try booting up to see if the OS and Data are accessible.
Let me know how it goes.

Are you able to boot to the OS currently? Also, what is the exact raid configuration on the server?
Let me know what you see.

I would suggest taking the drives to data recovery company to retrieve the data. As any further steps can cause data loss.
We could try to force online the offline drive, but likely the missing will have to be replaced.

Do you have a known good backup of the data? Also, can you confirm the order those drives failed in?
