R410 S300 drive failed or not?

Virtual Disk (4 drives in RAID-5) is in state Degraded

Alert Log reports that Physical Disk 0:1 failed.

Physical Disk 0:1 reports Online

I think we need to replace Physical Disk 0:1 using this doc:

It just seems weird that the physical disk is reporting online and not failed.
