R220 Sys Fan3 0 RPM part?

Hi,

I think I am looking for a way to order a replacement part, a Sys Fan3, for an R220.

It's not turning.

The front panel indicators are blinking amber for Health indicator and Temperature indicator.

The would be consistent with a fan failure.

I have updated the IDRAC and bios and all drivers and windows updates, but I still get no success on the fan.

I am including a picture of the error from Hardware diagnostics, Service tag removed.

(Windows reports a critical power error and delayed start services are not loading.)
