Hello

I would suggest reviewing the hardware and PERC/TTY log for any messages that may indicate an issue with the storage subsystem. If the storage being accessed is iSCSI, NFS, or some other network transfer then I would check for any issues with the network device or storage device that is being accessed.

If you would like me to review a PERC/TTY log then you can either attach the text file in a reply or provide a URL of a download location for the file. Please do not copy and paste full logs into the forum.

Thanks

You can boot to the Support Live Image to use OpenManage Server Administrator:

http://www.dell.com/support/contents/us/en/04/article/Product-Support/Self-support-Knowledgebase/enterprise-resource-center/Enterprise-Tools/support-live-image

OpenManage Server Administrator can be used to pull a controller log. It is included in the SLI:

Thanks
