PowerEdge T410 Degraded Virtual Drive

Raid 5 system shows healthy physical drives, but degraded virtual drive.  Can no longer connect to SQL Server database, extremely slow data transfer when copying files.

I am trying to add the updates, Windows first, but I must add some additional info. Several times no the server has locked up, a couple of times when our POS support was trying to run an SQL repair script, and this morning while also in the database working.  Yesterday there was a flashing amber light flashing on the front of our server (There are no markings of any sort to distinguish which drive this flashing light was associated with.  We are also seeing a ton of messages in the Event Viewer with \Device\RaidPort0
