PowerEdge T110 II PERC S100 RAID 5 Rebuild

We have a PowerEdge T110 II with a PERC S100 RAID Controller, along with 4 500GB hard drives setup in a RAID 5.  One of the drives recently died and we replaced it.  After replacing the drive the OpenManage Admin Console still shows the virtual disk as degraded and only shows three active drives.  What do we need to do to add the new drive in place of the failed drive and start the rebuild of the RAID Array?
