Poweredge R820 Error Code SEC0033

I have an R820 Server I am getting error code sec0033 - Intrusion detection check server chassis. I have found  sources that say you can reset this in security configuration in the BIOS, however I do not have this option in my bios. I have tried reseating the chassis, and rebooting many times. As well as restoring defaults in Bios and jumping NVRAM on mobo. Any help would be appreciated.
