Hello
The parts in the RAID chain are the disk, backplane/cable, and the controller. A failed state on a RAID controller is a virtual disk state. It does not indicate that a disk is faulty. There may be no hardware issue. The issue could be caused by the system trying to rebuild the replacement drives into the array and the rebuild failing.
There are many possibilities, but if you want to replace parts the above parts are the most likely. If you need someone to review logs and help troubleshoot the issue then fee-based support should be able to assist.
Thanks
