PowerEdge R620 iDrac not accessible

iDrac is not accessible, try to reste it by pushing the drac button for 30 seconds and release it, did not work, system admin powered down, I unplugged power for 30 seconds then reconnected and powered back on still no results the iDrac still not accessible please advise on how to recover drac what is the possible solution

Miky44,

Are you holding down the information button (#5 on picture below) for the 30 seconds? Just wanting to confirm.

Also, do you have access to the OS, if so what is installed? What I would like to do, depending on the OS, is to perform a racadm racreset. This will reset the idrac as well.

Hello Dell-Chris,

Yes I was pressing the button,  the server has linux cenos 6.8.. I don’t have login credentials.
